As an important category of contemporary art, fiber art has transformed its material language towards emotional expression and therapeutic potential. This paper takes the material language of fiber art as the research object, analyzing systematically from dimensions such as material attributes, craftsmanship techniques, and tactile experience, how fiber materials achieve emotional transmutation and psychological therapeutic functions. Through empirical research, the article discovers that fiber materials, through their physical characteristics such as softness, warmth, and malleability, can effectively carry and convey emotional experiences, and play a positive role in artistic creation and therapeutic practices. This research expands the theoretical perspective of fiber art research, provides strong support for art therapy and psychological intervention fields, and has significant academic value. Moreover, its practical significance cannot be ignored.
