With the rapid development of digital technology, the tactile feedback mechanism has gradually been applied in digital interactive art. The elements such as its emotional expression function, technical implementation path, and perception mechanism are worthy of in-depth exploration. This paper systematically analyzes the technical implementation, perception mechanism, emotional expression effect of tactile feedback in digital interactive art from the dimensions of interaction design, perception psychology, and art theory. It is believed that tactile feedback, through physical stimuli such as vibration, pressure, and temperature, can effectively enhance the emotional immersion and empathy experience of users, expand the boundaries of traditional art expression dominated by vision and hearing. This research provides strong support for emotional expression in digital interactive art and has significant value in promoting the deep integration of human-computer interactive art creation. Moreover, the practical application effect cannot be ignored.
