Abstract

In the context where artificial intelligence technology deeply intervenes in artistic creation, algorithm gaze has shifted towards influencing the important mechanisms that determine the aesthetic judgment of artistic generation. This article systematically examines the implicit data bias, cultural stereotypes, and aesthetic homogenization issues in AI-generated art from the perspectives of technical philosophy, media studies, and visual culture theory. It analyzes how algorithms reconstruct the subjectivity, originality, and aesthetic standards of artistic creation. The study argues that algorithm gaze not only reveals the discipline imposed by technological power on artistic production but also gives rise to new critical artistic practices in aesthetic paradigms. This research provides strong support for understanding the complex relationship between art, technological power, and aesthetics in the era of artificial intelligence, and has significant value in promoting interdisciplinary research on algorithmic ethical art criticism. However, the specific implementation challenges cannot be ignored.
