Against the backdrop of the deep integration of the digital economy and supply chain finance, blockchain technology has shifted from being an important tool for enhancing the efficiency and security of supply chain finance to a driving factor research. Based on the Technology-Organization-Environment (TOE) framework, this paper constructs a theoretical model of the driving factors and performance impacts of blockchain technology adoption in supply chain finance, and conducts empirical test data analysis using a questionnaire survey structural equation model. Research findings show that technological advantages, organizational readiness, and external environmental pressure are the key factors driving enterprises to adopt blockchain technology, while the issue of implementation costs still needs to be taken into account. The adoption of blockchain technology significantly improves the performance of supply chain finance by enhancing information transparency, reducing transaction costs, and strengthening trust mechanisms, but the issue of technical standardization cannot be completely resolved. This research provides theoretical basis and practical inspiration for financial institutions and supply chain enterprises to optimize the application of blockchain technology and enhance the efficiency of supply chain finance, offering strong support. It reveals the intrinsic mechanism by which blockchain technology affects supply chain finance from the perspective of technology adoption, while the long-term benefits remain to be continuously observed.
