Abstract:
In a complex and volatile external environment, the resilience of enterprise supply chains has become a key capability to address risks and challenges, and they are now shifting towards digital transformation, which provides a new path for enhancing supply chain resilience. Based on the dynamic capability theory, this paper constructs a theoretical model of how digital transformation affects supply chain resilience through dynamic capabilities, and uses the structural equation model to conduct empirical test and data analysis on manufacturing enterprise data. The research results show that digital transformation significantly enhances the response, recovery and adaptability of the supply chain by improving dynamic capability dimensions such as the perception, integration and reconstruction capabilities of enterprises. However, the implementation effect of small and medium-sized enterprises still needs to be observed. Dynamic capabilities play a fully mediating role between digital transformation and supply chain resilience, but their cross-industry applicability cannot be fully guaranteed. This research provides theoretical basis and practical guidance for enterprises to enhance supply chain resilience in the digital age, offering strong support. It holds significant value for promoting enterprises to build a safe, stable and efficient supply chain system. However, the long-term impact mechanism remains to be continuously studied.
